Frankie, Carlos, and the rest of the team are absolutely wonderful to work with. The market offers a large selection of beautiful fresh seasonal flowers at affordable prices. I sourced flowers for my wedding at the market and they made logistics around ordering and pickup easy. I have visited the market to pick out and purchase flowers to create arrangements to give as presents, decorate for corporate events, and decorate my home. Hunts Point Flower Market is a hidden gem in the Bronx.

I was so excited to try this place. I got up very early yesterday morning to finally try the place I’ve see all over social media. I selected two SMALL bundles of peonies, a small bundle of some other flower I don’t know the name of, a small bundle of leaves and one mini pineapple. The whole sale price for these 4 items was beyond belief! But I sucked that up because I thought these flowers would bloom and be so beautiful I could no longer be upset about the price I just paid. Not even 24 hours later the peonies are literally falling off the stems. I am livid and will be reaching out to the establishment about the poor quality of flowers they are selling at crazy prices. I feel so cheated and want my money back. My advice to anyone reading this is to not even waste your time with this place, just got to Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s. You get better flowers at a better price.

These is worst place to buy flowers. This is freshly out of the box. 50% of the roses were rotten and breaking off. They seem to just cater to their own people. As a new comer in I can say it wasn’t a very welcoming space. Going to the downtown flower market is definitely way more worth your buck.

I bought some flowers last Friday and I open the package on Saturday because the event was on Saturday night and for my surprise the flowers were extremely damaged. I have to buy flowers in the supermarket and the flowers were cheaper and fresh. I call on monday to let them know that the flowers were damage and they just said that i just have 24 hours to return or change the flowers. I didn’t call on Saturday because they closed at 11:00 am and on Sunday they are closed.
